Ladies and Gentlemen !

On the 1st May, 2008 the Construction Equipment Research Institute (Przemyslowy Instytut Maszyn Budowlanych) changed its legal status into a limited liability company as the Construction Equipment Research Institute Ltd (Przemyslowy Instytut Maszyn Budowlanych Sp. z o.o.). The Company continues activity as a research-scientific organization which has existed for over 56 years in the field of scientific research, development works and implementation into manufacturing: construction equipment, lifting and transporting devices, mechanical devices and equipment for technical rescue work.

Performed changes have permitted to widen the offer of the Institute considerably and it includes, according to adopted development strategy, the followings:

• scientific research,
• studies and analysis,
• development and the implementation works of construction equipment and the products for a country`s defences,
• designing construction equipment, lifting-transporting devices and equipment for technical rescue work,
• piece and small lot production of machines and devices,
• testing machines and units in the accredited laboratory,
• certification and conformity assessment according to EC Directives.

The Institute is a notified body in the European Union No. 1457 in the range of directives: 2006/42/EC - the machinery as well as 2000/14/EC - the emission of noise to environment by equipment for use outdoors.

The quality management systems according to standards: PN-EN ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 and PN-EN 45011 applied in the Institute ensure reliable and professional performing the tasks and works to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers.
